Roxanne first showed us the Columbia model, walked us through the various custom choices, and options available. Most of the homes in Cedar Grove were not going to work for us. We wanted 4 BR for sure, and plenty of room. The Columbia at the time was the largest home they would consider building there. They also offered us to build the Lehigh, another spacious 5BR home just a bit larger than the Columbia. We ended up settling with the Columbia model.

Roxanne has been a real joy to work with, being fair and also transparent with things. It’s tough enough dealing with construction delays and things like that but it’s even tougher if you can’t trust the people involved in selling you that new home.
